  • Smart Trip Planner: Our proprietary planning tool combines intelligent technology with curated travel expertise to generate personalized itineraries tailored to your preferences. This complimentary service gives you a head start — our team then refines every detail before your trip.
  • End-to-End Travel Management: From the first consultation to your return home — hotel reservations, transport, activities, visa assistance, and on-trip support. Every touchpoint is managed by our team, not left to an algorithm.
  • Senior Travel Specialists: Dedicated travel planning for senior citizens with hands-on accessibility support, medical coordination, and gentle-paced itineraries crafted by specialists who understand senior needs.
  • Group & Pilgrimage Travel: Customized solutions for corporate retreats, family groups, and religious pilgrimages — with personal coordination, not templated packages.

3. Smart Trip Planner Terms

  • The Smart Trip Planner is a complimentary service. No payment is required to generate itineraries.
  • The planner creates an initial itinerary as a starting point. Our travel experts then review, refine, and personalize it further when you engage with us. Prices, availability, and details are confirmed only during the booking process with our team.
  • To maintain quality and ensure each request receives proper attention, we limit complimentary itinerary generations to 3 per week per user.
  • Generated itineraries are not confirmed bookings. No reservations are made until you review the final plan with our team and explicitly approve it.

4. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information including your name, contact details, and travel preferences.
  • Not misuse the Smart Trip Planner by submitting false, misleading, or spam requests.
  • Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the service in any way.
  • Use the service for personal travel planning purposes only, not for commercial resale of itineraries.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Booking & Payment Terms

  • No Upfront Charges: We do not charge any fees for initial consultation, itinerary generation, or travel planning. Payment is only required when you approve a finalized booking.
  • Transparent Pricing: All costs including accommodation, transport, activities, and our service fee are clearly disclosed before you confirm any booking.
  • Payment After Approval: You will only be asked to make a payment after you have reviewed and explicitly approved the final itinerary and pricing.
  • Third-Party Bookings: When we make bookings with hotels, airlines, or other providers on your behalf, their respective terms and conditions also apply.

6. Limitation of Liability

SAFEWAY SOLUTIONS operates as a premium travel planning and operations partner. Please note:

  • We plan, coordinate, and manage your travel end-to-end. We work with hotels, airlines, transport companies, and local partners on your behalf but are not the direct provider of those services.
  • We are not liable for service failures, delays, or cancellations by third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, or tour operators.
  • Initial itineraries from the Smart Trip Planner are technology-assisted starting points. Final pricing, availability, and details are confirmed by our team during the booking process.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the SAFEWAY SOLUTIONS website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SAFEWAY SOLUTIONS and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent. Generated itineraries are provided for your personal use only.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
