Refund Policy

1. Free Services — No Charges

Our Smart Trip Planner and initial travel consultation are completely complimentary — part of our commitment to helping you plan the right trip before you commit. Since no payment is collected for itinerary generation, planning advice, or initial consultations, no refund is applicable for these services. You only pay when you approve a finalized booking with our team.

2. Confirmed Booking Cancellations

If you have confirmed a booking and made a payment, the following cancellation terms apply:

  • 30+ days before travel: Full refund minus any non-recoverable third-party charges (e.g., non-refundable hotel deposits).
  • 15–29 days before travel: 75% refund of the SAFEWAY SOLUTIONS service fee. Third-party cancellation charges as per their respective policies.
  • 7–14 days before travel: 50% refund of the SAFEWAY SOLUTIONS service fee. Third-party cancellation charges as per their respective policies.
  • Less than 7 days before travel: No refund on the SAFEWAY SOLUTIONS service fee. Third-party refunds subject to their individual cancellation policies.

3. Before Booking Confirmation

If you decide not to proceed with a proposed itinerary before making any payment, there is no charge and no cancellation process required. You are free to decline any itinerary or quote without obligation. We only process payments after you explicitly approve and confirm a booking.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the booking.
  • Bank processing times may vary, and the refund may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
  • You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following charges are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing:

  • Visa Fees: Visa application and processing fees paid to embassies or consulates.
  • Travel Insurance: Insurance premiums once the policy is issued.
  • Airline Penalties: Non-refundable airfare or airline cancellation charges as per the airline's policy.
  • Non-Refundable Hotel Bookings: Hotels booked under non-refundable rate categories.
  • Entry Tickets & Permits: Pre-purchased attraction tickets, park permits, or event bookings that are non-refundable by the issuing authority.

6. Trip Modifications

If you wish to modify your confirmed booking (change dates, destinations, or hotel preferences) instead of cancelling, our team will personally work with you to accommodate the changes. Modification charges, if any, will depend on third-party provider policies and will be clearly communicated to you before proceeding. We handle the coordination — you just tell us what you need.

7. Force Majeure

In the event of cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions, strikes, or civil unrest — we will work with our partners to secure the maximum possible refund or offer rebooking options at no additional service charge.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation and refund, contact us through any of the following channels:

Please include your booking reference number, name, and reason for cancellation. We will respond within 24 hours with cancellation details and applicable refund amount.

9. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with a refund decision, please contact us to discuss the matter. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
